Shipping

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you can expect your items to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the purchase date. Please note that processing times may vary depending on demand, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns

  1. Return Process 
    1. Submit a Return Request – Contact our customer support team at [support email] with your order details.
      1. Return Approval – Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
      2. Ship the Item Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
      3. Inspection & Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed as:
      • Store credit for eligible returns • A full refund (to the original payment method) only for defective or incorrect items • If the item does not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
    Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that are not due to a SoloLifeStyle error. Return Abuse Prevention • We monitor return activity and may limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive or fraudulent behavior. • Any return attempts outside of our policy guidelines will not be accepted. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item following our policy.
