1. Return Process 

   1. Submit a Return Request – Contact our customer support team at [support email] with your order details.
      2. Return Approval – Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
      3. Ship the Item Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
      4. Inspection & Processing – Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed as:
      • Store credit for eligible returns • A full refund (to the original payment method) only for defective or incorrect items • If the item does not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

   Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that are not due to a SoloLifeStyle error. Return Abuse Prevention • We monitor return activity and may limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive or fraudulent behavior. • Any return attempts outside of our policy guidelines will not be accepted. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item following our policy.
